AmeriColor Amerimist Metallic and Pearl Sheen Food Colors

These colors are food safe and fun to use!
How to use:
In order to achieve a shimmery appearance, these colors must be applied to the surface of your icing or other product (such as gumpaste or fondant). Mixing the color into icing just won't do the trick.
Either spray the color on with an airbrush, or use a paintbrush to paint onto dried decorations.
Note: The particle size of this product is larger, so you may need to adjust your airbrush needle (please refer to your airbrush manufacturers instructions for this). Make sure to rinse thoroughly between applications as you don't want the product to dry in your airbrush (just as you would do for any other color product).
