AmeriColor Poured Fondant Mix is used to make poured fondant icing or candy centers.

This icing has a unique taste and texture that enhances baked goods like glazed cookies, petit fours, cakes and cupcakes. This product is also the right choice for candy making- use it as your base for making delicious (and easy) soft centers for your molded chocolates.

All you have to do is to add hot water, butter, corn syrup and vanilla to the mix then heat and stir.
The resulting glaze will be opaque, and can be flavored and colored- or used as is!
